Ok i have looked and looked and through all of the forums but i cant find a setup that really allows me to PvP and PvE. I have tried a few differnt setups from the forums but no luck I almost got my butt handed to me a few times. Any suggestions would really help thank you.

3¦ Select the Moa and click 'reprocess'.
Some of us went to the test server (I did) during the tech I ships overhaul and provided Tuxford with facts about how that ship is a pile of dunk.
With no result, the ship was poo and is even more poo since the other ships were overhauled and not the Moa.
What do you get when reprocessing poo, that's the question...

Do what I did: train missiles, fly a Caracal.

I have a caracal as well not to mention a osprey. I think I have every caldari cruiser except the BB. I love it but I'm looking to shield tank in it and it has the best shield and armor in it's class. So if you have any suggestions pls leave them if not please dont respond. Thank you

If ur looking for a solo pvp set up then ur pretty much SOL. Caldari ships are made for fleet/gang support for the most part. The moa is a sniper ship and because of that u shouldnt expect it to outperform any of the other cruisers in pvp (which unless is a fleet encouter, happens in close quarters all of the time). Because of this i dont suggest u fly a Moa on ur own. I dont think the ship sux i just think people see "caldari gunboat" and dismiss it as useless or simply use it incorrectly and get owned then think the ship sux. Use it w tacklers (kessies,rifters is what i like) and ull sit far away picking of the enemy.

Moa pretty much needs one or two more turret hardpoints to be effective.

I once used this:
4x 250mm II, 2x Assault Launcher
2x Sensor Booster II , 2x Tracking Computer II
3x Magnetic Field Stabilizer, 1x Tracking Enhancer
Can snipe past 100km which is alot for a cruiser.
PS Your sig will be destroyed soon because it lacks EvE related content.

In an attempt to try and use the lesser used ships , mainly the Moa and Omen for me I used the following on mine , can't take credit for the actual setup but it did ok'ish it just isn't a great ship really .
4 x Light Neutron II
2 x Heavy Missile Launcher
1 x MWD
1 x Webber
1 x Scrambler
1 x Cap Booster.
1 x 800mm Plate
2 x EANM
1 x Medium Armour Rep. - Pretty sure it was medium not a small
Not gonna say anything about it just try it , most other cruisers are just better unfortunately .

Just remebered my first ever Moa was something like this....
4 x Medium Blasters
2 x Medium NOS.
1 x AB
1 x Webber
1 x Scrambler
1 x Large Shield Extender
The Lows , depends what guns you fit , if you fit 4 heavy Electron II's you can do 2 PDU and 2 Mag Stabs , with Ions think it's all PDU , that gives more shields but less DPS . With the Electron setup you can fit a MWD , I like using becasue i fly solo alot and need speed . Criticise all you need and want , just going from what I've used before - Caracal , Rax' , Rupture and so on , if flown right will always pwn a Moa anyway .

For sure, rocks in gang pvp at popping frigs\pods from 150km +
