I am using my raven for ratting in 0.0. Guristas rats so protection against kinetic and thermal.
Could anyone give me any pointers in how to improve this setup?
It tanks well and damage is good. Would like to try and max out as much as i can on this ship.

get rid of that cap charge relay, it hurts your shields if i am not mistaken, put another shield amp on. change over to e500 nos's if you can as well there longer range really helps. Everything seems pretty solid here, if you dont want another amp throw on another resistance. Also let me just say that t2 cruise launchers are really really nice...

Capacitor Power Relays which fit into lows, will kill your shield booster rate. Capacitor recharger in the mids is fine.
As far as above set up goes. Hard to improve on that without going for faction mods. But then things get really expensive especially if you get popped
You could consider switching to Torps and target painter set up but your tank ability will take a hit because you would have to drop the NOS and fit less shield tanking mods in the mids. Probably not the best idea to be doing that while ratting in 0.0

This is a variant of the one i use for angel ratting.
6x Arby Torp launchers
1x Small tractor Beam
1x Whatever you want
1x Kinetic Hardener II
1x Thermal Hardener II
1x Invul field II
1x XL Shield Booster II
1x Shield Boost Amp
1x Whatever you need again, maybe a cap recharger or target painter, maybe another hardener,
Low slots are the same

I do Angels, so my hardeners are different, but I use :
HIGH
5x arby
2x heavy nos
MID
2x EX active 2 (1x against Saints)
1x TH active 2 (2x against Saints)
1x L Booster 2
2x 5A Proto amps
LOW
Lows vary depending on your engineering tree.
I put as many bcs as will fit.
