So far I've just never seen any evidence of it. As far as I've seen they just regularily spit out streams of foul vitrolic propaganda, like packs of Fedos (except they clean up nothing) but any signs of actually at some point having any marbles are completely and utterly absent.

It's doubtful I suppose perhaps it was due to the lack of backing from those vampire types or was it just pure fear.
