I have found a simple way to make a lot of isk with tech 2 ammo without ever owning a bpo.
All you need to get yourself started is a little bit of isk, about 100 million isk will do nicely. You will also need 2 other things:
A hauler and good researching skills.

Let me exaplin
Last night I bought some tech 2 ammo from someone in the Lonetrek system
I bought it at a low price but when I checked the market it looked like after I did some calculation that I would lose isk after all the ammo sold if I was forced to compete with the prices that the ammo was sold for.
One of the items sold to me was Javelin M ammo for 275 isk a piece, the market in lone trek had large sell orders for that ammo at 249.9 a piece.
I then asked a corp mate in a less popular region to check the market for Javelin M ammo, he found that in Sinq Laison Javelin M ammo was selling for 450 ISK at the lowest price.
Its very simple actualy, Most people that own tech 2 ammo bpo's sell all of there ammo in major trade hub systems.
In the very populated systems there are major price wars going on which forces people that produce tech 2 ammo to sell it for a very cheap price.
In the less populated systems the people that sell tech 2 ammo have almost no competition. This lets them sell for almost any price they want.

Its very simple to make a good profit on this, all people need to do is transport underpriced tech 2 ammo from major trade hubs to less populated systems and resell just a little bit under the people monopolizing the current price.
For example, I could but up 100 Million isk of Javlin M ammo for about 250 isk a unit and transport it to a slightly less populated region and resell it for 450 isk a piece.
This would give me a 80 million isk profit for ever 100 million isk I invested.
Why am I letting everyone in on this?
Im not the greedy type who finds something amazing and wants to hog its for himself, I strongly believe in sharing the wealth with everyone.

Oh no, my secret is out!
...okay seriously, I rate every region by their market value as either "good region" or "crap region". Haul stuff from good to crap and you'll make a lot of ISK, doesn't really matter what it is. For example Kor-Azor is a crap region and Domain isn't, so hauling stuff from Domain to Kor-Azor is very likely profitable.
Oh and then there's this supply and demand thing...you know, haul POS fuels to lowsec/entrance systems to lowsec->0.0 and all that. One of the most important things of course is that STAY OUT FROM TRADE HUBS LIKE JITA.

Really clever Teach 2 Holdings limited isnt that one of the larger corps that produce T2 ammo ???
And this is called trading buy low, sell high it's standard practise and not to mention common sense ?

I love how I try to help and give people good idea's and I get jumped on by people with conspiracy theories.
If I was trying to trick all of you dont you think I would of posted with a Alt?
Btw im making a large amount of isk right now using my own advise.
I dont need to trick anyone to buy my ammo or my corps ammo, usualy within a few hours anything that we put on market is bought up.

Lol Cigs, trading has been around since the dawn of Eve. Its nothing new really, but kudos to bringing out in the open as many forget how profitable it can be. A corp mate of mine used to call it "space trucking".
Requires more brain than mission running or even npcing, however you can make shirtloads if you get some good trade routes

If you have a billion isk you can pretty much buy all the tech II item of you choice in jita and raise the price. For a few days you will have enough isk to buy a battleship.
I did this with tech II medium drones. You should of seen the evemail from the supply guys saying that they wanted to make a deal not to compete. I told them I had four weeks of supply and they need to make some more. Needless to say the drone market has never been the same.
