Having looked over the killboards of the two forces in this war I have two very simple questions:
1. The kill of the titan showing on the ASCN Board is this genuine?
My reason for asking and please read this before flaming
We are all aware that kill mails can be faked etc etc etc blah blah blah, I'm not accusing anyone of anything I'm just interested to know.
Which leads me to
2. How long did it take to destroy it? (i.e did it go down like a sack of spuds or take forever like a bad guy in a film in a really cheesy slow motion death scene)

Another killboard has 3 fake Titan kills, including one killed by an Ibis with an "ECM Multispec I" 
Gotta love it
In any case, there have already been forum posts about these fake killmails, no need for more. Honestly I'm surprised there haven't been more fake mails, but rest assured when that Titan does go down there will be much whoruming.

Because the Host of that killboard and its sister killboards has quit EVE and is the only admin and as such can't remove it themselves.
