Is there some entry in the EULA that states that they cannot run the complexes. If you don't like it, then stop them. And its a known FACT that RAT are all the RA capital alts in one allience, if any one tells you any diffrent there lieing mmKay. Easyst way to stop them farming your plex is just run it with a bigger group. most of the time there plex runners stay logged in the system untill 10 mins before the plex goes hot again. You know what there equiped with you know what ships they fly and you know what time there comming. Go kill them.
