Server going down and restarting
all missions despawn and respawn at a new location like @ DT
you will warp in to your precious drones in the middle of nowhere with the mission moved to a completely other location.
and if you were in a bonus level, you already had 'mission complete' and the mission will be gone completely :p
Provided it was a server crash...
Am I forced to have any regret?

Server going down and restarting
all missions despawn and respawn at a new location like @ DT
you will warp in to your precious drones in the middle of nowhere with the mission moved to a completely other location.
and if you were in a bonus level, you already had 'mission complete' and the mission will be gone completely :p

theres nothing to fix. Theres been a broadband outage in the UK. Not everything, but enough to screw certain areas. I it was happening last night - I was disconnected 5 times in an hour before I gave up - but luckily CCP wasn't effected. I'm guessing it spread to get them this morning.

LoL I left 10 drones in a mission deadspace when server restart. When I log back in , I was warped to where my drones are. All 10 of them clumping together! I guess my dead space mission has been reset as well.

Don't worry. It has been happening all day. New Zealand has had interminit international access all day. It's a problem with level3 and other providers I think.

Oh well will throw my 2 cents in, just warped into a new system, local is not showing anyone home so figure I will go kill a few rats to break the boredom of my journey. Oops first belt someone is home in a hac and me in my ickle AF so I clear off to the next belt as he didnĘt target me. Hmmn he is following, yellow box "here we go", wtf nothing is happening, "argh I can be lagging all the way out here" Connection lost . Get back in to eve and floating in an egg, so I guess not everyone dropped at the same time. Managed to get my pod in to the local station and dropped again. While it may or may not be ccp's fault this time, with all the other server probs this is getting tiresome.

for some bl**dy reason level 3 are always fouling up aussie - US and NZ connections and as it goes thro iceland to get to england (in a roundabout) way it always affects us. At least its not CCPs issue so much this time but some global ISP that cant get its act together

Yep, read my post above 
A server crash is totally harmless while doing missions.
Losing connection on the other hand isn't.
In this case, I'm kinda wondering if we had a total network outage and CCP then decided to take down the server right away, as that would probably save them a hundred petitions.

Well Im still showing tq down... and my skill just finished... this sucks... Yea I wish there was a notice, but like you said if it was the isp ccp couldnt put a notice out, my question is, I live in NE us and all my buddies around my area lost connection, but another buddy that lives in Maryland didnt loose connection... So whats going on?
