I have seen agents rewarding for Loyalty points, but how and when do R&D agents give you a reward ?
I have been doing missions and gaining Research points from this agent for a lifetime now, but I still haven't had any offers from him... not for BPOs (tech1, ofc .)), BPCs, skillbooks or anything else.

research points are used for the so called 'tech2 BPO lottery', once in a while when new tech2 ships or modules enter the game each RP in the adequat field will be worth 1 ticket for the lottery in dishing out the blueprint originals.
some got rich, some didn't get anything... lottery is a bia"º$ 
in Kali they will be used for invention, meaning that you can use them to buy certain items from your agent that you will need to do invention (limited run blueprint copies of tech2 items)
iirc this will not be handeled like rewards for LP but rathe like ISK and NPC sell orders.

So the research agents are only rewarding BPOs for tech2 items ?
Nothing else... and since all the tech2 'BluePrint Originals' are gone to players, there's nothing to do with any of the R&D agents ?

At the moment no, there isnt anything to do with your research points. However, when Kali is released in the next few months the research system will be getting an overhaul. You will be able to purchase Datacores with your research points. So, at the moment the only thing to do with your RP is to hang on to them untill Kali comes out.
