it is time for me to move on and look for a new corp. Therefore I am posting here to see what offers may come - and who knows, maybe it's right your corp which sounds intersting to me. Speaking about interesting - what do I expect from a corp? Actually little, but those few things are very important to me:

No (make that NO) pirate corp.
A corp of mixed activity (PvP, PvE, Production, etc) would be most intersting to me.
Mature bunch of people, with have a sense of humor.
Corp should be active.
I don't care if your corp is 0.0 or Empire based, or if your corp is new or old, the people are more important to me.
I am from GMT +1 timezone, so activity level should center around that timezone.

So, what do you get for your Buck?
Mature, yet fun and communicative member. (Ventrilo and TS approved).
Very experienced PvEler, with some experience in PvP.
I don't mind PvP, yet I don't seek it. But if corp assets need to be defended you won't see me log.
Self sufficient - totally. I don't need corp resources I need people to play with.
Team oriented. I can give and follow orders.
I also like to instruct new players to EVE. If you have new players I can assist in helping them out.
An honorable and trustworthy player - though that I will have to prove, ofc.
Last but not least, I may take a RL friend of mine with me, if the corp is to his liking.

And a bit more gameplay oriented data:
Amarr and Caldari specialized. I can fly virtually all of their ships, save capital ships interdictors and industrial ships.
Heavily trained in Leadership skills.
40M skillpoints, I'd say about 85% to 90% combat oriented.
