As of this moment Xanotech Corporation assets within both portfolios is roughly (27.5 û 35+Bn), I am currently in negotiations with several potential buyers, I am willing to accept offers however, but any buyer will be subject to several criteria, and most importantly must be a respectable member of the Financial Community. I will not discuss the specifics of the sale here, however my proposed buyout price is realistic and fair.

...no longer one of firepower or close-range carnage, a safer world of stocks, bond, and production. A strangely comforting world where failure meant not a surge of neurotoxin through the brain, and a quick rebirth in a new body, wet and cold within the confines of a cloning facility, but a loss of something more precious, more close, more eternal.
And so begun what might have been another era, backing on his reputation and experience, which oddly enough he was almost completely unknown, and never managed such a large scale organization, an Initial Public Offering was made to raise about 12 Bn isk in capital, a sum that while ultimately small in retrospect of the Financial Market, was enough power for one man, that before that time had only been hoped for such a figure in his wallet, and yet it steadily deposited into the wallet, nearly endless isk, sometimes billions at a time.
From those early weeks stemmed the first high-profile business deal, an Ishkur BPO, perhaps the best combat Assault Frigate on the market and the corporation had within its grasp the opportunity to own one. This one small piece of encoded data in a nearly indestructible production chip, so small that it could fit into a capsuleÆs cargo bay would become the foundation of what Xanotech would become. The right moves were taken, it was purchased for now a laughably small sum of a little more then the capital raised by the IPO.
Thus, Xanotech began to operate, first slowly, but then accelerating into continual production, slowly posting more and more steady and higher dividends, making even shaky investors confident in their investments. Then came another idea, and Bonds were issued, backed by the reputation of the corporation; and the plan succeeded, the bonds matured, and slowly more and more cautious investors joined the fold of Xanotech supporters.
Of course not all was well, there was one big, glaring, and almost insulting problem, and that problem was trust. Almost nobody in EVE could be trusted, and the most valuable asset this CEO had was not the Billions in the bank, or in the production hangar, it was in the trust he had with the shareholders and the financial market. Thus, Xanotech could not afford, with the limited corporate security within the Gallente federation hire any personnel, and thus in an outmost irony, the man who had a well-known production firm was the same man doing all the production, the ever tedious tasks of purchasing, organizing, and producing.
The stress was ever mounting, the nagging reality that success was simply a mirror of moral righteousness, the workload was ever-growing, investors were becoming more interested in the fine details, and it was becoming quite clear that our adventurous pod-pilot was only a few short weeks away from the saturation point, it was time for a changeà
In case any of you started panicking reading that, well, sorry for the wording, I thought it would be a little bit more dramatic that way.
In case you didnÆt pick it up from my little rant, IÆm becoming too preoccupied with RL to run Xanotech properly. This plan has been in action for quite some time now, and I do have a plan for continuing the company beyond my reign as CEO.
There were basically two options left for me to leave the financial community in a positive light, -The liquidation of the corporation, -Transfer of ownership to a new, competent owner.
Now, to answer some of your quick questions, I will be choosing the transfer route. This has positives in the following aspects: it allows shareholders to retain value of the shares that they bought for speculative prices, this allows for buybacks in case of a shareholder being unsatisfied with the replacement CEO, and it allows for the corporation to continue operation, and hopefully become something even greater in the future.

I am very interested in possibly buying your IPO. I have a few people I trust that would help me run it.
Question on what its worth though.
Do you want what the IPO is worth, or do you want your share of what its worth. Not sure how you worked it, but like I own 75% of the shares in PCT, so I would want 75% of my IPO value if I sold it. The other 25% still belongs to the share holders. -----------------------------------------------

The Xanotech Site (Linkage) has pretty much all the background of the corporation back to the IPO Documents.
I would sell my shares (bar 100 for a keepsake) at a "market price," the POSs are on a seperate portfolio and I'd like to pass those on as well.
There are values I have in mind, if you want to talk confidentially we can do so, I have a relatively competitive offer lined up. The most important thing I'm looking for is a trustworthy induvidual, and of course, a decent buyout offer.

Would you consider me as a trust worthy enough person to buy from? If so contact me ingame and maybe we can work somthing out. I need to find out more about your corp as well.
I was also wondering if somhow I could merge your IPO and my IPO. Be the first buyout like that ever I think. -----------------------------------------------

Also, I would like to see how your shareholders, and my shareholders would feel about a deal like this.
That would be an interesting idea, if plausible. Let me know what you need to know specifically about Xanotech that isn't public, might make sense to put it out here for all to see.

After looking at site a little more carefully, I see that you hold onto aprox 8000 of the shares. So about 16bil isk offer I am assuming. Would you be willing to take some PCT shares, Keep some Tech Shares for say a 3 month period and then sell them to me at 2.25mil each + you keep the dividends for those 3 months as well. This way I have isk to play with still with both corps.

Well if any market guys can help us come up with some idea's to make this work let us know.
I would love to basicly double both corps values without hurting any shareholders from either corp.
Both corps are worth the same atm, that is what I think will make this a lot easier. -----------------------------------------------

AATP would be interested in a 'hostile' takeover of XANOtech..
ie: Buy all Xano Shares in exchange for corp assets and/or trade AATP shares for XANO shares with current shareholders in exchange for corp assets and/or buying XANO corp assets after which XAN can do a liquidation dividends.

I had my final offer already on the table and have been negotiating with him for two weeks now.
From my conversations with him it would seem that I was the only one he was having talks with though , not several, and so to me it looks like the statement he issued here is just marketing propaganda in order to boost the price up.
We were already discussing clauses to the contract ffs.
All is fair in war and business though, but I am very confident that my offer approached the maximum for making it a viable investment.
If I end up getting outbid I fear that the highest bidder will move for majority shareholding quite soon through market manipulation; and then ruin the speculative shareholder's day quite soon after that. Specifically a megaholding like AATP, not a personal attack, just what I would do in their case, Xano is a competitor.
My offer still stands. I advise any other interessees to do their homweork on this one, because if I see ridiculous buyout prices posted I'm gonna start asking questions on how they plan to reclaim that money in any way besides screwing over the investor :)

It would be in my shareholders best interests if there were several offers, so that there could be a choice of successors, and while I appreciate your thoughts on the buyout pricing, one has to be more aware that everyone has their own values for a corporation.

In order for me to do this I would have to let PCT buy your corp out.
Then PCT would receive the shares, and Tech would become 100% public owned. I would run the company still though even without getting isk from it since PCT would have 30% or so of its wealth into it.
In order for me to come up with the extra isk needed for such a thing, I would have to also sell 25% more of my PCT shares.
At the moment I dont want to do this, I appologize. -----------------------------------------------

Well (of course with XANO Shareholder approval) I could do a buyout of all corpassets with AATP. All isk will be distributed to the shareholders. or I could buy all XANO shares with AATP and if/when I reach 100% (yeah right) AATP will effectively own XANO.
I hope you find a sollution.

So you are not considering mine then anymore ? Since I have not heard from you in awhile. Neither had we discussed buyback prices before, only that it would be needed.
I politely ask you again to give me an answer. I have to decide wether I need to consider liquifying some assets or that this is all a wild goose chase and a terrible waste of my time.

Having closed negotiations for the purchase of a public company is not a good thing at all in my humble opinion. The people with the most vested interest here are the investors and they are the ones that should be deciding on the future for Xanotech.
Yes, the CEO may resign and from that point on becomes just another shareholder, but his resignation does not give him the right to make unilateral decisions that are in fact public domain decisions.
I strongly suggest opening up a thread for potential proposals as to what to do with Xanotech, and then allowing the shareholders to vote on which one they would prefer to accept. In that sense, Aeaea bought 2 Bill Isk of shares at the start, so should still have a vote in accordance with that, but the decision does not lie with any single person.
Sincerely,
EFS Manager

1. He stated that he would have the shareholders vote on it. 2. I was under the impression that we are bidding on over 8000 shares, not 2000 :)

EFS is a little unhappy that he can't get a BPO worth in the high Twenties for 4Bn ISK, as was their intial offer.
I have started a vote on if investors want to liquidate or transfer ownership to annother entity. I wish I could say you were barking up the wrong tree and were gonna get it, but let's see where the investor vote will take us, shall we?
This vote is simply, "Liquidate the Corporation," "Transfer Corporation Ownership (Will be Expanded if Choosen)," or "Neither."

Could you please let me know when I offered anything? All I said (in private) was that you are not entitled to any shares you did not pay for just because you think you did a good job, and that any capital gain in corp assets is yours only in as much you you are entitled to the same percentage as the shares you purchased.
I am more than happy to release th logs from our conversations, which nowhere have me making any offer at all to buy anything from you.

Hold on.
My info is that Aeaa had an IPO at 1 mil a share. there exist 20 000 shares he owns 8000 and change of those.
So he either sold 12 bil worth of shares and used his own money for the rest of the corp assets,
OR
He created extra shares somewhere along the way.
In the first case you don't have a point at all. In the second I will have to drop my offer until Aeaa comes up with a solution on how we fill the pckets of his investors rather than his.
If anyone has any additional info, now would be a good time.

10k were sold to public 2k were sold privately Aeaea put a little over 2b (2.35b?) of his own isk into the corp. also the corp took a 1bil loan from 'someone' which has been paid back as you can see in the monthly reports.
Meaning that for an accountant 12k shares exist (or 14.35k shares if you count that 2.35b aeaea put in himself as an investment, which is fair)
