Hello,
I'm hoping this will help sooner then later! The changes will be coming but how and what changes will they be? Well least go over some ideas here and hope for the best from CCP! So below is quick case study how we could change some roles here!
All supers should be allowed to dock with player upgraded outposts! Group comes in and should be able to kill the upgrade! Once killed they can't re-dock!
We all know titans can be more fun if we had cool gear to want to deploy them more on grid! Risk VS Reward! HERE! They sit behind waiting to be used or not. They like to hide in towers and get dust on them! This idea forces players to use them on gird and the reward can be great if you do!
TITANS - HIT POINTS REDUCE BY 50%. DOCK ABLE IN PLAYER STATIONS!
ROLE: EW AND ANTI SUPPORT FOR LARGE FLEETS!
FIELDED? AREA EFFECT OF GRID!
EFFECTS OF SHIP?
AREA OF EFFECT OF GRID SHIP MOVEMENTS! IN WHICH CASE THEY CAN STUN, SLOW, AND OR KILLS SHIP ROLES. COMMAND SHIP ROLES CAN BE DISABLE TO ALL SHIPS! THIS EFFECT ALL SHIPS ON GRID!
LOCK DOWN?
YES, TEN MINUTES LOCK CAN'T MOVE! ENJOY!
SUPERS- HIT POINTS REDUCE BY 50%. DOCK ABLE IN PLAYER STATIONS!
ROLE: DAMAGE ANTI CAPITALS!
FIELDED? YES, KILL OTHER CAPITALS! CUSTOM FIGHTERS!
EFFECTS OF SHIP?
WITH CUSTOM FIGHTERS YOU CAN FIT THEM HOW YOU LIKE! EACH FIGHTER HAS HIGH MID AND LOW SLOTS! THEIR ARE DIFFERENT CLASS TYPES, HEAVY - MID - LIGHT.
DREADS-
ROLE: DAMAGE TO TOWERS - DAMAGE TO SMALLER SHIPS
FIELDED? YES, DEPLORABLE GUNS LIKE TOWER! WITH 8 HIGH SLOTS FOR ANY SIZE GUNS!
EFFECT OF SHIP?
BUILT TO DO QUICK DAMAGE TO TOWERS AND USED AS ANTI SUPPORT SHIP TO KILL SMALLER SHIPS!
CARRIERS-
ROLE: SUPPORT SHIP!
FIELDED? YES, BUILD TO SUPPORT SMALLER SHIPS ON GRID!
EFFECTS OF SHIP?
ALLOWED TO USE FIGHTER BOMBERS (5) ONLY! FIGHTER AND DRONE BAYS - LIMITED DRONE BAY TO 1,000KM!

SOMEONE SAY CASE STUDY? WE BOTH LIKE UPPERCASE APPARENTLY!
CAN'T HAVE ENOUGH CAPITALS!
NEVER ENOUGH CAPS!
I CAN'T CHANGE THE FONT SIZE SO I'M GOING TO SUPERCAP IT WITH EFFECTS!
Oh and -1. Titans and supers need a new role but it's not to swat fleets of small stuff. That's very much the wrong direction. |
