Purpose of Bond
I've been exporting ships and mods into Catch for about two months, making good money supplying my Brave and H.E.R.O. bros.
PL has put our main station (GE-8JV) into armor reinforcement mode and a lot of people are panic selling some of their stuff for well under Jita prices. I need more capital so I can buy their stuff and ship it somewhere safe and profitable.
Items will be shipped using collateralised courier contracts.
The station comes out of reinforcement mode at 2015-03-20 01:47 Eve time, about 21 hours from when this post was made, so I need the Isk ASAP.
Bond Details
I am looking for a 1 billion ISK unsecured loan for 1 month. The bond starts earning interest on the 19th of March.
I'm offering 10% interest paid monthly (April 19), with a minimum investment of 100 million ISK and minimum increments of 100 million ISK.
If you would like to invest in this bond please notify me in this thread. ISK will need to be deposited in my account before 2015-03-19 13:30 Eve time (9 hours after this post, 11 hours before RF timer).
Assurance
While I do have assets I could use as collateral, I donGÇÖt want to tie them up for a month so I wonGÇÖt be offering collateral for this bond.
At the moment, all I can offer is following:
- Details of my first loan, which I repaid in full, can be found here. That loan was also for a billion Isk.
- Items bought using this loan will be shipped using collateralised courier contracts.

Yeah - I was a little bit annoyed at that, but I cant complain too much as Quinn gave me the start up capital I really needed (thanks again Quinn).
The best I can do at the moment is this moderately-tricky-to-fake screenshot. It shows my player donation transactions for the final principle and interest payment and an eve mail I sent:

Its all been bought and moved already!
Since the evacuation announcement was made (and because our alliance buddies are awesome) there has been a massive 24 hour move op by our haulers to move the junk of ~10,000 players to a new station.
It's made Hannibal crossing the Alps with elephants look like a day at the zoo.  |

Why have your alliance evacuate just once over a month when instead you could:
- Evacuate to a replacement nullsec staging system (HED-GP),
- Re-evacuate to a lowsec staging system (Sakht),
- Move to a replacement lowsec staging system (Defsunun),
- Have a coup,
- Have a counter-coup, and
- Move again to a NPC nullsec staging system (God-knows-where in Fountain).
The good news is that I was able to get everything out of GE and HED in time. I also turned a healthy profit buying and moving drones, modules (half-price) and ships (Cruisers for 1.5 million instead of 10 million).
The bad news is that the results of the Defsunun import test run I did were pretty weak. People are either flying/exploding less, bringing their own ships in through lowsec or buying different types of stuff. IGÇÖm out of the import / export game for at least a month until HEROGÇÖs move to Fountain is complete, lots of ships are being exploded and there is some decent market data.
Thanks to Remo Muutaras for the extra Isk I needed for the month and to the HERO haulers for repeatedly saving the assets and the ass of the Alliance.
IGÇÖm off to rat and explode some ships for a while like some kind of peasant .

I thought about expanding on that in the OP, but I didnGÇÖt want to clutter it up.
At the time I had about a billion Isk worth of in-demand goods on the edge of HiSec, ready to be shipped to GE. They would have sold for a profit of 20-30% if GE station wasnGÇÖt at risk.
If IGÇÖd tied them up for a month as collateral, I would have lost the following options:
1) GE Station is saved: Ship goods to GE and make 200m isk in a week
2) GE Station is lost, but things look okay at our new staging system of HED:hip goods to GE and make 200m isk in two weeks
I ended up taking option 2, but things got a bit messier than expected when HED was also threatened (see post #15 above).
It was like trying to run a business in Somalia, but with fewer bribes and more explosions. |
