After many discussions with Ricdics about the fate of C-R-A, we have come to the agreement that this profitable venture should remain active. It cannot continue under its current form and management due to time restrictions placed upon Ricdics.
As soon as the papers has been approved by the proper agencies, one of my personal representatives shall assume a Directorship role in C-R-A. With my guidance and approval from Ricdics, Altimus Maximus shall manage the day to day operations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the corporation.
C-R-A shall transition itself from a research service provider to a research laboratory operator. This will allow many corporations within Daikoku Trade Syndicate to provide research services at competitive rates without the hassle of managing POS towers. This shift shall also allow C-R-A to maximize its resources without having to aggressively recruit additional researchers. C-R-A will continue to offer limited research services, but the bulk of the research will be done through consultants. If you would like to find out how to become a research consultant, please be patient as I shall update with more specifics.
The added responsibility of helping to operate this venture will not hinder my ability to operate my other 2 ventures. In fact, it will actually make things easier for OT-TS which has been a long time client of C-R-A's research and also TCCS which can potentially gain access to an array for faster production.

Does this mean the salaries for last month will be paid to those of us who have stuck around to keep the labs running?
Does this also mean that lab rats for CRA will start needing to find work elsewhere?

I'd like to know this and also how does this "transition" affect the C-R-A IPO and projected dividends?

Yes staff will be paid as per normal at standard rates. Regarding last month I have sent out a corpmail advising difficulties in recieving the details of the last salary (as fitz has disapeared somewhere). However, I have since managed to obtain them, so will attempt to log in either today or tomorrow to fix everyone up.
Over the next week or two whilst getting organised there will likely be a limited amount of work available to staff, however we hope to change this for you asap.
I will still not be logging in very often however Erfnam will have enough access to do everything that needs doing if/when I am unavailable. Sub-contracting labs out to other corporations inside DTS is also much anticipated, meaning a few of their corps should begin advertising research services soon.
It basically reduces the CRA income slightly, but this should be offset by much reduced salaries, and my time online requirements will be substantially decreased. It gives the staff the ability to focus on working for the ipo only, not having to do 50 different types of research on all different types of prints.
Exciting times ahead, and sorry to those who sold their prints, but the buyback option needed to be in place whilst things were getting organised. A lot of people were worried when I put the stop down on EGSe and basically wanted some sort of way out option if they didn't want to roll the cards and wait and see.
Those who sold out still left with 12,600 isk per share (10,000 base) so a 126% return. Once we get organised again, we will likely reissue the bought-back shares to allow people the option to get back in.
Cheers all

Is the share sell back going to give those that sold their shares the C-R-A the option to buy them back?

It will be hard, but we will attempt to do this. With those who done transactions for cash with me, this will be no problem. For those who traded on EGSe will be a little more complex, so I will have a chat with Ferossa next time I get into eve to see what we can do.
Either way, if relisted to the public it would just mean you guys who sold up would need to get in quick to get your goods back.
