ANd yes the win loss rations were irrelevent. What mattered was the fact that you were pulling out, then the goons left. If you never left well there were a hell of a lot of illisuions of you in Perteneere. If they had stayed you would be long gone. Losses dont matter a **** to the Goons and you should know that by now. They will walk over their smoking corpses and laugh when you shoot them. All that matters is the results.
But hey I'm not going to defend the Goons. They dont give a rats ass about these forums and quite rightly. I just post here sometimes to amuse myself. Besides what are you going to do, blow me up? KIA and GOON invaded, wrote a extremely lengthy, detailed plan of how they would remove us and kick our arses.
They failed quite nicely at both things, granted they managed to camp every gate in Y9G for all of a single day, and kill one A-WAR med POS that was erected specificaly to get a nice fight, other than that they achieved nothing apart from going boom alot.

I think the 2 campaigns are linked, btw, so the kills/losses from the KIA contract is on both, when it comes to goons.

Um, I never left, i never even thought of leaving. As for being in perteneere, its the closest factory. Blowing up large amounts of frigs takes up alot of antimatter

I pity the fool who heads down to Syndicate thinking its free land. We used it as a staging ground for a bigger push to greener pastures and had some good fights when some hardcore groups (you know who you are). But, what do I know, head down there with all your buddies I hear MHC and PF have bistot in the belts and the highest spawn rates of Shadow Serpintis spawns of any system o.O Tell my buddies I sent ya o/

anyway syndicate is far from empty, its dangerous and at times crowded, and not to mention any new corp trying to move in will likely meet heavy resistance, and hard times from the pirating.
then again, thats what i like, anarch empire's raiding keeps it discouraged for other corps to come :=) so i find its goood that their around, despite their shooting us to peices at times.
(( two years and my damn portrait still isnt uploaded to the forum :/ ))

I dont know about upper Synd but as someone who has lived in lower Synd for the past month, it definitly is not quiet. We now have Maelstrom trying to kick OSS out of S-U (and the surrounding areas) along with the ever present AE and DNA.

Please tell that to the occational roaming gangs that pay a visit and get spanked. Me and some random +positive sent a guy home today and I checked his killboard; nothing noted. In fact, according to his KB, he hasn't died in this region for months, but.. funny to say, I note several losses on the OSS kb..
Either way, if you pay a visit in this region and expect it to be empty.. here's a little something for you; a month ago I was down deep south (30+ jumps from Empire) into space which I believe belong to the goons. Sold off a battleship and assorted fittings before heading back to Empire, and wasn't shot down until 1 jump from Empire, in a 0.4 with young wannabe pirates. That would've been alot harder to do in Syndicate.

Apart from cruel intentions E-peening their motherships in PF on Rainy sundays... No really big fleets in the area... its filled with PVPers but quiet.

If you ever find a ENH loss not posted, just mail it to me. We're pretty aggressive about keeping the kb spotless. I'd rather people admit and learn from their mistakes than try to push them under the carpet.

Syndicate seems like the place to go if you want 0.0 but not ready for 0.0 pvp. It happens, but it isn't vicious.
The gangs i've been a part of.. well.. 20 of us fly from system to system watching hostiles scatter and dock. Blew up some POS earlier today, but it wasn't glorious. More trash clearing than fighting.
RMA and enigma are monstrous jerks that have cost me millions. Enigma particularly, gate camping and blowing up my new drake + pod w/implants.

Unfortunately, that does happen a lot. Everyone just docks or goes to a POS, even if they outnumber you
