You can use eve-mail.
Even if he is inactive, which it looks like for 3 years, that's the best way to leave him a note that you'd like to play eve with him again.

Best thing is you all know what it means! For those who are actually trying to provide help I know he doesn't play PK anymore and that's why I need help finding him. He changes toons a lot. |
