Hi guys,
I'm posting here on behalf of two in-game friends who are having problems with accessing the EVE web site.
The first guy is in Norway: he can ping the web site (87.237.39.200), but any attempt to load any of the web site results in a 404 error page. This started happening for him on Tuesday (two days ago).
The second guy is in Austria: he can also ping and perform a traceroute (without errors) to the EVE web site, but any page requests result in a timeout for him. This started happening for him yesterday (Wednesday).
Is this a recent problem, and is there any timeframe for a diagnosis and fix?
Fortunately, they can both still log into the game, so it's not all bad :)

Ditto from US. On my home computer, can't reach any official eve site - still get in game ok, and can browse the rest of the world. First noticed it when I opened EveMon - couldn't update character information. Thought it might be a bad setting on firewall, but taking it down briefly didn't resolve the problem.
What did I screw up? Assume its on client side, since I can still get to forums from here at work... Advice appreciated...

Same here in the US; I work in Virginia and live in DC and can access the site from DC but not from Virginia.

same issue here in illinois. can't access the eve site from home but my work work connection is routed through minnesota and i can access it fine.

Hi Everyone,
the problem seems to be due to a faulty router table, as Kieron mentions in his post here. Everything should be back up and running again after downtime on the 20th of October.
