Quick one.
Can I take from a miners jet can, then jet my own can and add all the miners ore into mine?
If they try to take it back they light up red and ready to blow up.
Is this ok or is it griefing or banable?
It seems if you do this then the miner has to lose 1hour or so work or take the ore back form the can and get blown up.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the comments, I don't mind wether it's macro's or normals, i'd probably get a fight out of the normals though which is the fun part.
Yeh i know how frustrating it would be to lose the ore (ex miner here) but i guess if you're mining into a jet can it's always a risk

Chop them if they dare attack you after you have taken their ore!
But remember, that if you take their ore, you'll be flagged to them and, i think, to their whole corp for 15 mins, in which case you're pretty much "attackable" everywhere by them (that is, you don't get concord or sentries to protect you).

If they jet their ore, they're effectively throwing it away. We just come to take out the trash. 
If they don't like it, they can always mine in secure containers.

The miners a while back whined and begged CCP to introduce can flagging so they can deal with ore thieves. Now they want for Concord to pop the ore thieves.
Just take it all. :)
