Evisceration is looking for PVP pilots who have experience with small gang PVP tactics and the ability to learn new tricks. We are currently located in 0.0 in the Curse region, and are very self sufficent at living in 0.0. We are mainly in the US.
We require the following:
◘ A mature player who is ready to learn and listen to commands.
◘ A pvp pilot with 8 million skill points or more. (Our Average member has 18 mil Skill Points)
◘ Someone who feels comfortable with living in 0.0 and being semi self sufficent at it.
◘ A person who is willing to fly what is needed in the gang for that night. We run balanced gangs.
◘ The ability to use Ventrilo for pvp ops.
What we are looking for as part of our balanced gang:
◘ Pilots who can fly ewar ships: Falcon / Rook / Scorp
◘ DPS Pilots: Battleships / T2 Cruisers / Command Ships
◘ PVP Logistics Pilots: Basilisk or Oneiros. Scimitar can fit also but prefer first two.
◘ Experienced Inty Pilots: Tacklers.
What we provide:
◘ An area to rat 0.0 or mine if you choose it. Triple 1.8 Spawns are very common.
◘ We supply Tech 1 corp-insured ships for PVP ops if needed.
◘ A different way of playing Eve with balanced gangs and a close group of friends who can count
on each other.
◘ Less then 3 NAPs meaning a lot of pvp targets and the ability to kill anyone you like in 0.0 or empire  .
We are not your average corp. If you want your average "let's blob to win" corp, this is not the one for you. We believe skill, teamwork and gang setups win fights. So if you're interested in something new you can get ahold of us via the following:
◘ Convo Rylon or Dameon Drake - Send us an evemail if we are not online.
◘ Join our public channel "EVSC-PUBLIC" and wait for someone to talk to.
◘ Come down to Curse and find us. The best way to find out what we are about is to try and kill us.

Fo' sho. I have been flying with these people for about a year, and can't imagine going anywhere else. A solid group of people that you'd be hardpressed to match anywhere else for quality of character, integrity, and maturity.

Yep, gotta admit I wouldn't wanna fly without them. Great guys to fly with. Ops are organized and run with a military precision that makes the most of what what we have without taking the fun out of the game.

After spending a week with these guys, I want to say that they are an excellent, friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and also extremely organized pvp force. I know they are still looking for some elite cruiser specced pilots (recon, logistics) to meet gang needs. They go out with a purpose and design gangs to meet the objectives. I've been happiest about the small purposeful gangs.
Many of the corps I've been in have been quite helpful and friendly but I have yet to have a corp help me move so much of my stuff to make sure I was safe during the move. If I've needed something for PVP, it was provided almost immediately.
There is almost no blue so there is no shortage on targets. The surrounding area has some great opponents to shoot at. The home system has great rats for increasing sec status. So far, it's been everything mentioned by Rylon in the top post.
No wonder so many of they guys have been together for so long.
