I play EVE at 1280x1024, when I record that at half-size, it just looks ugly :(

awsome news, finaly I can fraps and keep 1600*1200 :D
and I was even wondering about buying a 19" lcd, gona buy a dualcore instead :D
I mean there is a fun in beeing hated, it puts a fire in your ass and it gets ******* boring to be loved by everyone |

hmm, i just recorded at 1280*1024 at full size and it looks ugly  Does it only work on dual cores?

well i did a testing with it.

my lcd only allow 1280 x 1024 so i play in this resolution.
but with dualcore the fraps codec is rly improved u noticed this when fast cameras changing happens. in my vid u see this when the shuttle appears

Dude, 1920x1080 @ 29.97 FPS is High Definition Digital Video and 24fps is a standard in film/cinema. That must be some damn fine lookin' video :)

I feel kinda sorry for Greg at CCP, that guy must've spent hours producing a new vid for the Kali release and no doubt did this in the single-core resolutions.
