PREFERABLE WITH:
ALL CORE SKILLS IV or V (armor, engineering, electronics, navigation and shield)
T2 small / medium drones
T2 small / medium turrets (projectile, lasers and hybrids)
at least 1 racial frigate V
at least 1 racial cruiser V
good name
positive standings
positive wallet
no employment history
