50% speed decrease, 20km range Webber?
What do you reckon? Maybe call them something other than webbers to avoid minmatar reckon bonus if required.

It should have big fitting and cap costs, so it's a tight squeeze on a cruiser and simply can't be put on a frigate or destroyer.

1/4 duration and 75% more cpu and power grid with 200% more cap usage when activated. Cannot be used more than once on a ship. 100% slower targetting.

What about webbers sized to the ship? Like the way NOS are now. Have small, medium and large webs. extend the range on the web as the size of the mod increases. Fittings also increase so you don't have a frig with a BS sized web fitted.

I like the above posters suggestion. Give them each a base 75% chance for their respective size catagory. They lose 20% effectiveness for every size lever above them
Aka a frigate targeting a cruiser would only have a 55% decrease while a frigate targeting a battleship would only have a 25% decrease.
Webbers could also get a 10% boost for each size catagory below them too. Up to a maximum of 95% when using a large webber vs a frigate sized ship.
Adds a bit more realism to the modules.
Different cap costs etc for each size like they do with turrets now. That way you don't have a frigate stopping battleships as easily as another battleship would stop them.
