Due to changes in leadership structure, the Stain Alliance is hereby clearing our passes list and starting over. So if you had a pass to stain you dont any longer and will need to contact the CEO that gave it to you for the potential to get it back.
Secondly, during the war time we closing off the region to all activity except those with the highest pass. This is the warning. If you are in stain without permission after 48 hours, we will begin to tighten the reigns on the region and ask you to leave peacefully.
This was nothing more than an informational post and not intended to instigate flamers. Although I'm sure its inevitable with the nature of maturity on these forums.

We applied for membership in the CA, was rejected. Won't keep us from raiding Stain though.
And if you say you have a passport 'valid' or otherwise, we'll make you eat the popcorn gun really hard.

Morkt you actually applied for a pass and didnt get one?
If thats the case I'll be sure to bring up the subject with the high council of EV and get them to see about issuing a pass once we reach normalcy again.

Well in truth Im not sure the pass system was even operating when i first went down that way... and as i knew a few from beta i think they just spread the word I might be about and that was it...
every time i've been back I just say "hi" to whoever is about and have a gossip etc... Question of having a pass just never really came up...

Well, as you wrote yourself Morkt, "Historically the SA are seen as something of an "Evil Empire" though there appears to be little true justification of this."
About time the pass list is cleared. It was very long and contained corps I've never heard of

We concentrate more and more on enforcing passes. Some people however for whatever reason dont bother asking if people have a pass, they just convo them and if they dont respond they are killed and if they do respond and taunt us in anyway we ask them to leave, if they dont they are killed.
We arent evil, we are just trying to protect and keep order in our piece of paradise.
Hell, I joined MASS because of how nice the SA was. I set my autopilot deep in 0.0 near a bunch of stations (thought I should get deep so I wont encounter pirate blockades) and it turns out I wound up in Stain right when the RUS war broke out. To my surpise, I wasnt killed, rather everyone just warned me about what was happening and helped me when I needed help, I told them my intentions and they said everything was fine (despite many people on the forums saying that they kill anyone on sight).
Since I have been a part of the SA, even though this sounds like propaganda, and to an extent it may be, we only kill people who defy our laws, are threats to our security, or pirates (yes, apparently some SA corps helped pirates in the past, but that was before I joined, and we havent helped pirates since).
Anyway, being the forum celebrity you are, I can see why people dont ask you if you have a pass or not. After all you dont have open hostilities against us nor are you raping our roid belts.

Not ot be a rebel rouser but....
Doesnt SA "claim" that they have complete control over there borders 24/7? Why the need for this post then?
Just one more example of the lil difference between the CA and the SA. Just 2 alliances on opposite sides of a war....
