In an effort to clarify and reaffirm our position on piracy, here once again is the Curse Constitution.
The Curse Alliance Declaration
We of the separate and diversified corporations within the Curse Region, do hereby rectify and legitimize this document creating on this day the Curse Alliance. Comprised of many varied backgrounds and purposes, we bond ourselves together with this agreement to work for the betterment of the Curse Alliance in providing a more secure place of residence where all members are treated equally. Members corps will alter their corporation descriptions to indicate they are a proud member of the newly formed Curse Alliance.
Curse Alliance Governing Body
The Curse Alliance is governed by a council of CEO's in all member corporations. This Council sets all rules and ratifies any new policies.
Curse Alliance Statement of Policy
1) As long as a state of war exists between the Stain Alliance and the Fountain Alliance against the people of the Curse Alliance, the Curse Region will be closed to non members, as a measure of safety for the innocents.
2) Once a time of peace exists, the Curse Region will be open to any individual or corporation with sponsorship by a member corporation of the Curse Alliance.
3) The Curse Alliance does not plan on extending it's control over any pre-controlled sections of space, with the sole exception of any that have targeted us for attacks.
4) No member of the Curse Alliance shall endeavour to engage in the practices of piracy as defined by 'griefing'. This is defined as extortion of money, camping any spot for the definite purpose of destroying or attacking any vessel for no other reason than monetary or sheer mischief gains. Upon proven culpability of such piracy, the responsible parties shall be subject to SEVERE punishment and/or expulsion from the Curse Alliance. Furthermore, reparations for damages may be provided.
5) All members of the Curse Alliance shall treat any other member with due respect. Combat between members is forbidden and any grievance shall be brought before the Council for a decision.
6) Currently, the Curse Alliance is closed for membership. Once the war has ended and the region stabilized, memberships can be submitted for a vote before the Council.
7) The Curse Alliance comprises not only the Curse Region, but the protectorates of: Great Wildlands, Scalding Pass, Wicked Creek, 4-HNTI, G6T-VQ and B-73QY regions.
Roster of alliance corporations will be forthcoming.
Proud Member of the Curse Alliance
Either free the slaves or we will come and get them.

How does point 3 and 7 work out with the great wildlands pact???
Though I've never been there, so I don't know if one could really consider it controlled prior to your claims.

Great Wildlands and Scalding Pass are considered by the GWP to be our territory for some time.

Seeing as how there has never been an official announcment from anyone regarding the Great Wildlands, your claim falls on deaf ears.

I'm pretty sure that last time Sarkos posted this Constitution there was no point 7.
So this could then be regarded as their official claim on that region, and it's been some time since CA was formed

From an alliance that claims its pirate member corps reformed its ways I find it strange that you would contest our claim now you know.
Not that most the corps that used GW didnt already know.

Could i ask what your stance to us is, as i have several people saying your Corp is Openly hostile to CA ships.
I would also appreciate you linking me to the GWA's declaration, and where and when you claimed the GW and Scalding pass as your own.
Thanks. Mercenary | The Azath |

Officially policy is neutrality towards to Curse Factions, we have at times had opportunities to attack CA corps but as long as they didnt commit piracy they have been left alone.
If CA intends to push the issue it forces us to defend our homes, Sarkos tells us to leave Great Wildlands by Tuesday downtime but there are two problems with that.
1. A regional alliance having holdings in great wildlands for months and who have cleared the entrance to gw is hardly going to shift everything in 2 days.
2. We have nowhere else to go.
So what does this mean? Potentially every CA corp in GW becomes a target, never had problems with BOS nor do we really want them.
On instances of attacking CA ships its either been self defence or they have attacked shipping which ofcourse CA doesnt do now does it?

You contacted us to gain permission to stay in the Great Wildlands, one of our protectorates. We have refused your request. Since this is a reposting, the Great Wildlands was a protecterate prior to your being there.

This post of yours worries me
http://cfs-eve.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=598
You CLEARLY State here that the GWA is actuvely killing CA ships due to the SA attaacking you.
Not sure i understand that reasoning. SA attack you by mistake, so you decide to attack all CA corps?
We have never been hostil to you guys, and we also try to keep the GW area pirate free.
Ok that was REALLY my last post and i neeeed sleep Mercenary | The Azath |

Well as both of the alliances in the area are posting information here, I would like to ask if Great Wildlands is open to me, a completely neutral party. I would like to know if we can enter the area with the sole intent of claiming bounties on the local pirate forces (non-CA, and non-GWA), possibly do some asteroid relocation, and generally just hang around for a while.

Have any here realized 90% of all eve players don't bother to read these bugged forums? It's not surprising GWP never made a forum post.
You know what they say Sarkos, reach to far and you get your arm cut off.

No, they are obviously afraid of NPC hunters and miners, so they are now shooting ships without even asking them to leave. I was shot down by Angelus Ice 15 mins ago, he didnt even open his piehole until I asked him "wtf man" after he blew me to bits. Bloody griefers!

Some things to keep in mind...
The Curse Alliance of Pirates changes their territorial claims and polices on a whim.
The people in the Great Wildlands where there before CA was formed. The pirate alliance just needs a more secure boarder so they claim the territory. Kind of like Germany invading Poland in 1939, they just needed a little more "living space".
Let me help you out a little Sarkos. The list is a few days old but here is the current roster of the Curse Alliance of Pirates as I know it:
Arcane Technologies UK (ATUK) 74 members Aquilae Stellaris (AESC) 55 members The Adamite Inheritance (COB) 46 members Bermuda Industrial (BER) 11 members Black Omega Security (OMEGA) 29 members British Special Forces (BSF) 7 members CHOAM (CHO) 12 members Dark Nebula Mining and Exploration (DNME) 49 members Dental Drilling Corp (DAW) 29 members Dominance (DOME) 6 members Enigma Federation (ENIG) 41 members Eve Game Card Co. (EGCO) 10 members Fatal Shadows Corp (FS) 63 members Ion Corp. (IONC) 37 members Kharak Confederation (KHRK) 29 members Knights of the Minmatar Republic (KOMR) 29 members Nomads (NOE) 80 members Nominis Expers Corp (NOMEX) 25 members Northern Guerilla Reaver Unit (NGRU) 34 members Oracle Corp (ORA) 47 members Orbital Alliance (ORBIT) 6 members Phantom Squad (PHA) 16 members P.O.D (PODD) 7 members Red corsairs (REDC) 14 members Rus (RUS) Rus - 1 - UKR (RUS-1) 27 members R.O.T. (ROT) 17 members Section 13 (XIII) 63 members Sinister (SINC) 65 members Shadow Freetrading Corp. (SFC) 11 members Shinra (SNRA) 33 members Space Patrol (SPTR) 17 members Spinewarp Inc. (SWARP) 6 members Spartan Industrial Manufacturing (SIM) Spire PGC Inc. (SPGC) 20 members Starwind and Hawkings Enterprises (SNHE) 10 members The Orion Syndicate (TOR) 7 members The Peoples Front of Minmatar (TPFM) 32 members Vandelay industries (VND) 29 members Vengeance of the fallen (VOTF) 14 members Vesper Finis (VF) 15 members Warp 9 (WARP9) 13 members
The corps listed in bold are the ones I recognize as historical pirate corps. Meaning I have actually seen them engaged in piracy.

Some more things to keep in mind... if every time you wag on and on about us, you have to bring up (fascist) Germany and your clever little pet names to make an impact, you probably don't have much of a leg to stand on

please stop naming CA "Curse Alliance of Pirates"
IS CA.....NOT CAoP.
You have highlighted the EX-pirate Corps....see the list, the MAYOR part of CA is Miners-traders-producers Corps, and here in Curse BEFORE CA starting .
"the living space" in region you talk is IN FACT taked by approx 10 CA-Corps 4 months later.....BEFORE Curse Constitution.
AESCorporation its a simply example...Curse its the HOUSE of AESCorporation...by 3 month and 15days
The other Corporations "old" in Curse have mining location, spawns, and other in this region,by FAR, FAR time ago!
Sarkos clarify CA position and protectorates....
The problem not exist....simple
REMEMBER AESCorporation, the First All Italian Corp. in EVE...fan since 2000 !

there is a simple rule in the galaxy :
u can claim everything, but u can only own what u can defend.
this rule is the same for every corp in every region.
new empires will come up, old can defend, but sometimes the young empires kill the old once. its a never ending story up to the date CCP will close the servers.
till that date i hope all enjoy the game. without claiming, attacking, fighting, defending and ..... mining it would be an awful game

Sure thing, just boot the pirate corps and pirates out and you will be the Curse Alliance. Until then you are the Curse Alliance of Pirates.
As long as your members continue to harbor criminals, turn a blind eye to their evil ways, and share in their ill-gotten gains you will all be considered pirates. There is a debt that has been run up by the pirates and pirate corps in your alliance. Just promising to be nice from now on will not make it go away.
Don't like being labeled a pirate? Do something about it. Until then you ARE the Curse Alliance of Pirates.

Scragg, why dont you come out of your Empire hiding and bring your 4 MWD's out here? You losers lost, face it. You backed the wrong horse buddy and now live in Empire space. Why don't you think about that before you cry on the forums. The ex-pirate corps are going now where. DEAL WITH IT.
