i got paintshop and a image but where do i get the writeing onto it? please dont say paint lol

Youre better off using a program such as photoshop tbh.
Various fonts can be downloaded from the web.
If that sounds a bit complicated - why not get a sig designer to do it for you? Most will do so for a reasonable amount from 5 - 25 mil.

Actually you don't need photoshop - paintshop pro can use most 3rd party filters and does a bang up job - but if you have no experience with either - go with photoshop - it is slightly better, and learn it.
I use paintshop pro - and get my fonts from dafont.com
Also google things like tutorials etc for what you want to do, there are tonnes out there.

Also, if you are talking about for the making of a signature, read up the the forum guideliones etc.
To add text - once you have the fonts that you want to use, in Paintshop Pro, use the button on the left with an 'A' on it.
