What I observe from the OP, with me taking the position of the OP ...
.) CCP said they do something and thus have to do it. They are not allowed to change their minds. This might
or might not be connected to me favouring CCP's idea and thus being angry about it not happening.
.) I deserve this too. I feel treated unfairly, because others are getting something I am not. I am envious.
.) I definitely lack the wisdom to understand that proper spelling is important.
.) I am ignorant, because I don't care that proper spelling is important.
I'll conclude my observations, with:
I am a self entitled, envious person that is in EVE to escape from reallife.
Also, I believe that most people share my feelings (!) and thus jump on the bandwagon of hate.
Gee, I like this ... it's simply neutral, observant, actually on topic although in a cryptic way,
and there's not a single rule break in this post. ^_^

which declared that giving new players 4 remaps is a bug and not intended at all.
