If you claim that the above features are 'tactical' in any way, well, that's only from your perspective. Other people might think that trying out invention, salvaging, exploration, new escrow system etc. on the test server might give unfair advantages.
If eveything that COULD give advantages are removed from the test, we're not testing Kali anymore.
If the new ships are excluded, then the following will not be tested:
1. Game balance.
2. Graphics bugs
3. Fitting bugs.
4. etc.
If new regions are not included, then the following will not be tested:
1. Orbit item locations
2. Rat spawns
3. 'Roid spawning
4. etc.

You seem to miss the point, they will never seed new ships/items/regions on the test server because there ment for TQ! and it takes the fun out of them being "new" if there on the test server.
They have ISD testers that test these things on a private server before go live. As I stated in my last post, Join ISD and bug hunt if you wanna play with the new toys
not at all, i'd really love to be able to fly the new ships/access the new regions before they come on tq, mainly to prevent bugged ships comming or tq (guess what, chimera anyone?) and to be able to have an opinion about the whines in ships/modules because nobody really know what they are talking about atm.

pos' arent removed, the moons are changed, so a pos you see can actually be at another planet/moon/system on tq
