yeah he can use quite a few amarr empire (5.95) corps
like:
5.40 ammatar mandate
--------
6.65 amarr civil services
5.71 amarr navy
4.8 sarum family
so yeah not perfect agent runner but has the ability to start with most lvl 4's for amarr.

Posted reserve, auction ends in roughly 12 hours. You will be hard pressed to find another pilot like this, so bid away.

Just so this is clear, if into a snipe auction on the 15m rule.
1. I will only count the bids that enter before the 15m expire
a example of this is A. bids 10b @ 03:10 game time, and player B. bids 11b before the time shows 03:24 and not 03:25 it's accepted.
2. auction will end here @ 03:00 game time all bids before valid if the meet the main posts amounts. 03:01 resets auction to a new date if reserve is not meet.
