5) I will pay transfer cost. (Please make sure you have a free character slot)
The Transfer:
a) Player scams are against the EULA and petitionable to get scammed ISK back
b) ISK must be transfered first - returned by CCP's intervention if scammed
c) Character transfer cost is not refundable, the reason ISK is transferred first
The winning buyer MUST eve-mail me with details on when to make the transfer at the close of the auction. Characters bidding that are not more than 15 days old will NOT be considered as a true bid.
Starting Bid: 600 million ISK
Minimum Increment: 50 Million ISK
Reserve: Hidden
Buyout: 2.0 Billion ISK
