Think a cerberus, which is already overpowered DPS wise.

Do we both play the same Eve-Online? The Nighthawk was never overpowered in terms of DPS; what you have now is equivalent of a choice between rails and blasters, only in missile form. If anything, you can look forwards to looting more choice modules from the Nhawks you pop when their pilots get too big for their boots.

It now has a ROF bonus, so does slightly more damage than a cerberus. With maxed skills + rage heavy missiles (Yes, the 'long range' medium missile type) this is about 850 DPS on a cerb. Pushing over 950 on a nighthawk. Add in the heavy assault missiles + rage heavy assaults, and its bordering on blastethronnage for 0 cap

You are joking, if a cerb did more than 400 dps i would prolly hav kept it.

Actually when NH uses kinetic it will do more damage, when using other types of missiles it will do less damage than the Drake (7 launchers vs 6, both having a ROF bonus).
The tanking bonus needs to go though and be replaced with something like a missile velocity.
