As you have currently failed to do so, it is my understand that you obviously don't have a very good understanding of game mechanics and thus TSBS probably didn't log-off in the bad way. Plz, more details.
ZeroniX	Posted - 2006.10.24 19:03:00 - [9] Well we where camping 2 gates in system seyllin, me and schneider stein both was unflagged atm. when a bus megathron warped in at insta to my gate. Ive checked system that he was only bus in system atm then he locked on to me but just sat there, so i locked back. then he aggrod. fine i thought not having to tank sentrys as well. So well they fight begin but then all the sudden 2 of hes m8s in sniping bs logged on and appeared at sniping spots, but then it was to late to get out cause i was scrambled but almost had the meagthron down. At the same time they logged on system lagged out for me. Next thing i know i woke up in my station where i kept clone. Schneider stein lagged out as well, but at least hes pod made it. Now after this fight wich they used that tactics they where happily smacking in local. Schneider even sent 1 of them a friendly mail even though they use lame tactics and smack. Well final point if u see 1 of them in local thinking of fighting, dont they log on more ppl asap either so the sys lags out or whatever.

So I am also guessing that you only gank hapless noobs also why cry in local and call you all sorts of names and what not and you tell them "hey we are pirates what did you expect". So when a meaner group of players comes to get some revenge all you can do is cry like the noobs you kill?? I'm a pirate, I know what it feels like to gank and to get ganked, take your losses congradulate the other guy for owning your butt and go on. It's a game, lets play. saddest day in EVE by far is when my sec rating went positive..(but not anymore)......giggles

It depends what you get from the game though I suppose. If you're just looking for the thrill of blowing up someone else's ship, ends justifying the means, go ahead and do it. Be lame and get your kill, who cares? If you're in it for the thrill of a successful cooperation with corpmates though you can get very similar effects with smart ingame tactics (I know as we've been accused of staging a login trap which was actually a well planned and executed ambush against targets who hadn't bothered to research a decent list of names for their addressbook). It might take a bit longer, and you can't afford to be tromping round CS getting your cheap kills there while you wait for a target to stray into the right place in eve, but in the long run it makes for a much more satisfying game IMHO. Log-on ganks exploit the game mechanics to get kills, which is lame. If TSBS used this tactic then they acted lamely. There is no excuse for it really. However, it's impossible to prove they did on a forum so the OP is only inviting flamebait. These situations arise because the game isn't perfect and some people will always exploit loopholes to get kills. The only thing you can do is petition it and hope you get a sympathetic GM or take your vendetta to them in game and get revenge. I empathise with your loss but unfortunately this thread doesn't really help - unless it makes you feel better for having posted here :) Fly Safe.

By a lame ass tatctics wich u have admit. Then u had to bring 15 ppl to sys to make sure u would stand a chance vs 3 ppl. Well..lets just leave it at this.

In fact JustiE had been in the system for about a full hour before the fight started. You can even see that on our killboard. The tactic we used was not a log on, or a log off tactic, but it is one that has been used against us many times in Kheram. We had a Mega, Snipgeddon, and a close range Tempest. JustiE began in corp chat.... (direct linking not allowed) Also, I want to say that there was no smack at all from us or them just a polite evemail from them calling a good fight and looking forward to the next one. While I don't feel the need to justify my in-game actions to the forums, on this occasion I do feel somewhat obliged to clear my name and those of my gang members of the alleged log in tactic.
