The mission is "Contacting Ader" by agent Ader Finn.
I have to bring him message from Odan Poun, but he does not want to speak with me.
Somewhere i've red that the message (which in an item actually) is given as reward by other agent - Nossa Farad, but she does not want to speak with me.
Any ideas?

First Zach Himun, then Nossa Farad, now Ader Finn.
Seems like Amarr COSMOS is now dead. Destroyed. Useless. YAY!

It's probably that your faction standings aren't high enough.
I'm having the same problem.

Ader Finn is a special agent that activates only when you're running a specialized storyline. IIRC the needed standing is only 3.8 which is ridiculously low considering what you need to even start doing COSMOS missions + the standings gain is usually rather huge when compared to normal agents.
My money's on bugged agent.

I ran this about 1-2 months ago, so this may be trumped by new bugs...
Ader has no effective faciton standing requirements. I checked with an alt, he's technically open even to a newb alt.
However. You don't get to talk to him until you've completed Odan Poun's fist mission. You don't get to talk to Odan until you've finished all of Nossa's missions. So, the chain is:
Nossa 1-5
Odan 1
Ader 1-2
Odan 2-5
Nossa is Kador Family, you'll need a minimum 4.0 standing with them to start her missions. If you've activated Ader's mission by trying to talk to him already, then you'd best get moving with Kador Family agents, to build up standing - once you time out on a mission or refuse it, that chain is dead to you.
I should mention that I had several agent bugs at the time, which resulted in a petition. These bugs ultimately caused me some trouble with Ader and Odan, but the petition GM resolved it. (they were caused by other agents with whom I was building Kador standing, I think... so, you hopefully won't have the same issue.)
