I don't see the mistake in my logic here,
saying that graphicians are developers as well, because they help develop a product.

Well, certainly one can not say that an artist isn't,
because eing an artist doesn't exclude being a skilled coder ...
... but I guess you didn't see the other post that explains my train of thought.
And I wouldn't necessary call most coders nowadays "qualified".
