2* Angel Encryption Methods @ 250m each on escrow in jita iv-4.
In Kali this skill will be renamed to Minmatar Encryption Methods and used for invention.

100 isk, just like EVERY single other ingame item on the test server, everything is market seeded so people can test stuff out, on the test server you can buy all T2 equipment on the market, you can buy dreadnoughts, you can buy all the agent-only released skills, it's all 100 isk. This means, just because the skill is on the market for 100 isk on the test server, it does not mean it will be on the main server. I hope you understand.

Thanks for explaining that, I have not been able to get onto the Test Server yet.
However, I will wait to see if they are seeded as I suspect they will be before shelling out this much on Skill books.
