ECM boats were supposed to get a bonus change to keep them the same strength on the Scorpion, Blackbird and Heron/Griffin(forget which frigate). Did they get them?
Edit: Also weren't there supposed to be a low slot ECM strength enhancement mod also?

there is a low slot module that gives you a 20% increase to jam strength. it looks like a dmg mod.
scorps bonuses haven't yet been changed.

Well that low slot makes up for it.
Jam all your low and mids.. be a very decent jammer.
Just stick in 1 ecm... not so good of a jammer.
That's a pretty fair comprimise.

What about the EWar boats like the curse, rapier etc that were actually fair tbh with ecm?
