The R&D agents you have are pretty underwhelming -- 45-60 points per day on starship engineering? They must be L1 agents or something, and any good researcher would want to upgrade to better ones for the long haul, meaning losing those points built up so far. Plus, your standings look like they suck in empire, even though the character is industrial/R&D. It would take some work to fix the standings. Any chance you could show the Disliked By info?

Ill try sort the dislikes.
There are no more highlvl Khanid R&D agents then its already using.
