Guess it's not quite for certain yet, but I noticed that Large Mobile Warp Disruptors are now seeded on the market, meaning they will probably make an appearance when Kali is deployed. With 45km range, they can easily shut down a gate and create a complete seal on it without much effort (No need for a dozen of smaller bubbles or an active interdictor pilot that is).
Will this make gatecamps too hard to penetrate? Or will stupid gatecampers get ganked when they cannot make a quick espace if something goes very wrong? Who'll get the BPO's?
But before that, we have to make sure they work properly

They have been on test for awhile and look quite cool when they go up  . As for making dictors useless i highly doubt it, the strength of a dictor is that it can pop a bubble pritty quick the anchoring time on a large is even longer than a medium which is long enough already plus there big and hard to carry.
I think all that will happen is there will be a reduction in the the ammount of hassle involved in setting up a proper bubble camp.

is the 45 km radius or diameter, if its radius then simply 1 large bubble shuts down a gate. full stop.
sit a few maelstroms/quake fitted pests on the gate and *poof* all your atrgets arrive at your optimal
