On the ECM ships TOO. On Scorpion Hypnos now have 4.14 strength and it is not enough to even break ceptor certainly. Umbra 6.21! And forget about BS jamming, it is just impossible.(less than 20% chance from the best multi). So you need aproximately 4 of them to get 60% chance of jamming, having Scorpiom/Falcon. And with this 60% you will die asap jam will fail.

Aside from that, this is great news. Hopefully it will mean that carriers won't get jammed by a Kestrel with one racial anymore. Though as its still chance based, it migh happen.

ECM stats halved, boost to ecm bonuses on the ecm boats & new low slot ecm damage mod looks very good to me, TBH. Max --------------------

Wtf.. if every ships is to be usable only and only with a specific set of stuff.. why in hell do we have a slot system? Too much people trying to expol what is best ine Eve, diversity. Nerfs should not make somehying impossible to use in certain ships. Just make things that are too good (so good that everyone uses it) into more balanced stuff.

FYI, mister, due to stacking you can't up ECM strength to resonable level. And in turn it means DECREASE low slots on all ECM ships. Which mean - no tanking at all, no cap at all. It is bad solution. BBird has two lowslots Falcon three Rook two Scorpion four. Only Scorpion has some choice.
