Thanks. Strange that I'd have to get the capitalization WRONG in order to log in tho? Do I have to miscapitalize my password as well? I have some caps and some non caps in pass (and numbers and symbols :P).

zomg you mean ive gotten to #1 4 times now and didnt get in due to the R in my login name being caped?????
another friggen 2 hours to go to get there again... about to give up on helping test.

Looks like password should be capitalized properly, just login is wrong.

OH LOOKY!!!
I wait another 2 hours I even changed all the letters in my login name to lowercase and what does it say?
VIP key donÆt match.
WhatÆs screwed up is I watched it drop from 20 in queue to 1. At 20 my name was all lowercase but at 1 when it tells you to hit the connect button it changed to upper case again. IÆm going to try one more time and if I donÆt get in, I give up... leaves a spot open for some one to go play around with the new toys that wonÆt submit bug reports.

Close the client and open it and type in login lower case. Worth a shot.

My client currently says: STATUS: UNKNOWN  (and it still claims to be connecting.)
I am assuming the lowercase does not apply to passwords since I actually made it to the character select page once....right?

I think it's the Test server DT. Could be wrong..

ya, i restarted the client and the server status is still unknown, but it won't let me stand in line anymore.

ah, makes sense. i was wondering about that. and i wanted to test out stuff in the new minmatar BC. it's what i'll most likely use once the patch goes live, and i wanted to help iron out any bugs (and see if there's any tweaks that could do with being suggested).
ah well, if my account isn't activated, i guess i'll have to wait and see

lol, i forgot to do this and i got the error message after waiting in the queue...
...i got bumped to the back of the queue for a single capital letter - D'oh!

Yup waited for 2hrs this morn and got the same message.. ah well just need to see the glory that will hopefully be kali when i get a connection at my new place  (on the plus side.. i get to miss most of the dodgy logon days  )

Everyone who got the VIP key message should type their username in ALL LOWERCASE...
Would it kill you to visit the test channel on IRC istead of spamming the forum?
