I have been around the block a few times since my start in 2011 and, in the interest of honesty, I have generally spent around 6 months at a time with corps in my attempt to find somewhere that I can A) Find people who I can connect with, and B) Work out what it is that I want from this vast and diverse game. I have experienced high sec missioning and mining and even ran a small indy/building focused high sec corp for a while. I have experienced high sec wars both as hunter and victim. I have also experienced living in null sec in both a renting indy focused corp within a highly political dominated alliance and then later on in a predominantly pvp focused alliance. I spent a few weeks living in a C4 WH but we had to give it up due to lack of interest and patience from the rest of the corp. I have never lived in low sec and the pro's and cons of low sec I have never really gone through, so if you feel that low sec can tick the boxes below then please feel free to sell the concept of living in low sec to me. What I'm looking for:* I'm not looking to fill every single preference here, just to be able to tick as many as possible and if that turns out to be all of them then it's just a bonus. ** You need to be a group of people who "Click" and play the game with a laugh, I have to deal with rage, both giving and taking, in my professional life, I play games to relax so I don't want to listen to it regularly when I'm socialising and playing games..... we all get cheesed off every now and then but there comes a point where it's just not worth the bllocks anymore. * I have no interest in politics or political games...... if you want me to do something then just be up front and explain to me why, I will happily help my corp but I have no interest in being a "meatshield" just to please coalition pen pushers. Furthermore, the "No former CFC" requirements of some corps/alliances amuse me greatly...... Yes I flew alongside the CFC a couple of years ago for all of 6 weeks in my first experience of null sec. I also knew a very lovely old German guy who flew with the Luftwaffe in WW2 in his first experience of war..... Get the point? Through experience in EVE I've learnt that I do not like large scale fleet fights, especially those where time dilation kicks in due to numbers, I've flown as DPS, tackle, scout and Logi but no matter the role I find them to be very, very boring and they just kill my enthusiasm for the game. However, that doesn't mean I don't like PVP, I do, I just prefer small scale fleets that consist of 2 - 20 or so people. Call me a sadist but I do like to mine every now and then, Saturday afternoons while I have one eye on the football and a beer in my hand makes for a nice relaxed day. So somewhere were I can mine in relative safety would be nice. I like to rat/mission/run anoms. I am not fussed about what rat type I'm shooting at. Nor do I care about ISK/Hour. I do these simply to relax after a hard day. I used to rat in what turned out to be a moderately high traffic area of null sec and ran out of patience having to warp to a POS every 5 mins. So, not being naive I don't expect to be able to rat in permanant safety 24/7, what I do expect however is not having to exist in a permanant state of paranoia while I'm ratting. I know the value of intel channels, I know the value of D-Scan. Hopefully you will understand what I'm trying to get across here. I want to join a corp or alliance that has real goals, short term and long term that they are working towards, with a community spirit. As an example, in the small corp that I ran, it was less then 10 active unique members and we set ourselves the challenge of building a corp freighter through mining the resources for components, running corp tax mission nights to pay for the blueprints etc. It was a large undertaking given our size and respective available playing times, and we were so happy when we managed it. I want to feel that again. I want to feel that my contribution actually means something and that I can become a valued member, somewhere where I can grow, not just some cog in a machine. Don't expect me to throw billions of ISK into things currently. The most expensive ship I have ever flown was a bil and a bit ratting Rattlesnake, and whilst I do have assets, both tangible and liquid, I have neither the time these days to sit grinding havens and sanctums for 12 hours a day, nor do I have the desire to externally purchase PLEX's just to sell on the market.....I have a wedding to pay for and when I turn off the PC at night the wife aggro I would get from this doesn't magically disappear. I am UK/EU timezone so you need to have a strong active player base in this TZ, corp numbers isn't as important to me as corp activity....... whether you have 10 and looking to grow, or 1000 players, I would like you to have roughly 40-50% of members in my TZ..... A dead UK TZ corp isn't very fun. I am open to options/offers from all types of space. What I can provide:** Someone who if sold on a concept will work to accomplish it. No drama A helpful demeanour A main toon with 57Mil SP capable of mining, ratting, inventing, building and PVP-ing. Not cap capable as yet but would be willing to learn. Also I have an Orca pilot with near-perfect leadership, a freighter pilot and a scout/cyno pilot. I have TS with a working mic, I would prefer to not have to be online EVERY time I undock (See the bit about mining and football) but this isn't a major problem. Company leadership & financial experience, and professionalism from RL roles. Someone who, if the right fitting crowd/corp is found, is looking to settle down and make a home for the forseeable future.

My corp is looking for active people to join us in nullsec . AN MY was set up by my girlfriend and me 3 years ago as a holding corp for our chars, since then we have been in and out of corps that didn't give us what we wanted. We join our alliance Space Monkey Protectorate and help them take sov in Scalding Pass and we have decided to try and recruit more people to have some fun in the game with. So we are currently looking for PVP pilots old and new who are willing to be active. That's the only thing we ask, we understand that real life comes first and this is a game, if you can't log on because of wife aggro then you can't log on. We have 0% tax so you keep what you earn. All we ask is that you are willing to have fun while playing the game. If you wish to mine on that Saturday afternoon then we have systems that are upgraded to help you with that, the same goes with anoms and scan able sites. I have been playing myself since 2006 and decided to run my own corp after so many that I joined just wanted to take easy fights in big blobs or just sit in station and talk about what they have done in Eve. We run in small T1 ships for our PVP fleets because there cheap and most of the alliance we are in just do not have the skill points to fly the T2 ships. That said they are learning and have no problem with shipping up and getting stuck in. I am an alliance FC and I try and run at least something PVP wise per day be it a gate camp or a full roam. We have gorgon Empire and Phoebe Freeport with in 5 jumps and Curse is only 3 jumps away and now we have TEST coming into Wicked Creek so we do get a fair amount of traffic through. I know we are small but hope you can see past that and see the potential of being in a sov alliance that isn't constantly on a CTA. your time is your own, if you need to make isk then that's ok if you want to join in with the pvp then great. We have a TS server should you wish to get to know us better and have a laugh. The corp and alliance are very social so there is always some one to annoy on TS !!! We understand that real life comes first and Eve is a game. Most of the alliance is either EU or UK time zone so there is normally something going on most nights in that prime time and we are quit a sociable crowd.
