Question is simple: do they exist?
As far as I know you could only have faction bpc's. But I just went through my exploration blueprint drops from the last months and suddenly noticed a Domination Small Autocannon Battery BPO between them :s
So is this something new or a bug? |

They do not exist, or else the modules themselves wouldn't be worth more than a fraction more than t2. Though, with the upcoming changes to structures, I'd expect their price to crash. |

No. They do not exist. Faction module BPCs are found in faction exploration sites.

They exist for ECM and weapon batteries. The primary difference is scan resolution and damage multiplier (for weapons). Faction ECM have better scan res and jam strength.
Domination Small AutoCannon Battery, 300mm scan res, 36x damage multiplier.
Small AutoCannon Battery, 250mm scan res, 30x damage multiplier. |

Well the reason was because of this => picture of screen
Every time I did show info it gave me a BPO. But a relog fixed the issue and now it's only a 3run bpc :( |

You can pull-up BPO not available in-game: type name in chat, highlight, then right-click and select auto-link.
There are many things in the database that are not in-game. I believe there is a database flag indicating "published" (available) or not.
The BPO has to be in the database for a BPC to exist, but that doesn't mean the BPO is available in-game.
The Item on the left is a BPC, the item on the right is a BPO.
