now iv spent the best part of almost 2 billion iskie wiskies and several months of skill training to get a moros i've no idea what the hell i can use it for!!!!!!!

Go to a corp in a big 0.0 alliance as a dread pilot. :) Your little ship there can be used for alot of things in 0.0 .

Camp a station in 0.4 or something.
Fit a warp scram and a few sensor boosters and drone things down.

I hope you know I meant 4 sensor boosters and 1 scram? Right? 
The appropriate skills will help too, and tbh, with 4 sensor booster II's and the skills up there is no reason why you couldn't catch a cruiser when sitting at the undock point so they bump into you stalling them from warping...

No, apparently you dont realize a moros has a scan resolution of 55mm. You are not going to catch a cruiser. You wont even be scraming him...
