After a long and emotional debate about the latest Peace Treaty with CA, the final votes were tallied today. The result was overwhelming support for the Peace Treaty, which should now come into full effect from 10:00 Eve time today (down-time).
While this is a time for rejoicing, please spare a moments thought for all those that suffered losses during this very bitter and hard fought war.
May the Deities smile on us all.

Thats too bad. My intel says CA is breaking up, or at the very least has lost most of its actual military arm. Not only did they leave, they are waging war on CA itself. Sounds like CFS just clipped its own wings a tad early.

I will engage every CA i see in FIX, no matter what our great leaders say.
question: what happens if FA and SA start fighting CA here. Do we let them fight and stay neutral, or are we gonne talk and talk again for weeks before we decide to make a treaty.

Sorry to hear you feel like that Recon,
If you start attacking CA in FIX while the treaty still holds you will end up being hunted down and going on the CFS KOS list. Also likely your corp would have to either expel you or leave CFS themselves.
That would be a pretty unpleasent duty for all involved so dont rush into anything 
ps This applies after DT on Nov 12th of course. Uptill then CA in FIX are fair game just as CFS in Curse are likewise.

If you'd care to post with a name and company or send me an evemail I'd be happy to deal with your concerns. If you attack CA ships after the peace treaty is signed I think its fair to say your future in the CFS will be short (if your even in the CFS - I've never heard of you).

Aillas, with all due respect, I believe you are wrong. We have agreed upon a cool down period until november 9th, in which period CFS and CA pilots are not to enter eachothers territories.
This does not under any circumstance mean that CA forces entering CFS space are "fair game" and vice versa. If such situations should occur, i would completely trust our governments to resolve the situation without shots being fired. This is after all a treaty of peace, not one of implied threats.

I'd like to see you end up with that conclusion by logic considering of facts.
Let's see:
1) You're gonna kill CA in fix
Probably true, with the possible addition of "...or die trying"
2) You're gonna be put on the CFS KOS list
Untrue. We have not waiwered our charter nor policy on pirating. Sweating out a publicly declared war is not considered piracy, thus you will not end up on our KOS list until the time you "accidently" hit one of our carebear indys, or another innocent bystander.
Keep in mind though, that we have asked all implied parties to go get their PVP kicks in their own backyards, and we would ask the same of you as an individual, since you seem to require the attention.
3) You're gonna laugh

I am concerned about the mental health of Omega Corp...CA breaking up? What the hell is that all about?
Look up arrogance in the dictionary and you will find the word "Stain Alliance"

I know first hand that it has been a taxing task for all involved , I thought my voushod was going to have a nervous breakdown
Now we can focus our attention on those really deserving it ....

If your corp has decided to be CFS memebers and you have decided to be a member of your corp you should do the decent thing and follow your allies and corporations wishes or have your corp pull out of CFS or you out of your corp.
I have no love for the CA and would like to see them shot. If you want to shoot at them your welcome to come to Curse and kill all you can find but you you need to do it as in individual and not as a CFS memebr.
CA has more than a few enemies. I'm sure you can find some corp to take you in thats at war with CA.

We need to remember that CFS' peace treaty with CA has absolutely NO effect on the CA/SA war.
Except, perhaps, that unhappy CFS members will be more willing to let us know CA's whereabouts.

Well, I for one will say well done to both parties involved. War is easy, peace is by far harder to obtain.
Unfortunately the way this thread has devolved is a clear indication of how unattainable peace looks to be. Clearly unneccessary baiting and flaming only serve to be an irritant in both alliances side. SA/CA
If war is what both sides want, then by all means continue at it, but do not begrudge the CFS of the peace they sought to claim and have.
It is unclear how long such peace may last but while you have it good luck and continue to enjoy the game.

Odd, pirates do not invade terrritories. That is an aspect of war. Which both sides apparently continue to want.
As for camping gates/jumpins/stations.... If it's true, how do you feel the need to complain about it?
It is no small wonder that people would adopt and use tactics that are used against them time and time again. I guess, when the shoe is on the other foot you dont like it as much.
