Up for auction is a 5.8m SP alt that has been training for carriers since inception. I no longer need him. Completely neutral rep, advanced learning skills to 4, full set of +4 implants with +3 cha. Needs about a month further training to get into carriers. He's a great domi pilot in the meantime, if that's your thing.

before he can fly a carrier he needs..
BS V (18 days)
advanced spaceship command V (a month)
jump drive operation I, cap ships III and carrier I (a week)
so 2 months at best...and even then it'll be a really crappy carrier pilot due to sloppy engineering skills.

24 days for ASC with these implants. 11 days to Gall BS 5 when the auction ends, he will be training. Current skill plan has him able to fly the hull on Dec 9 -- obviously longer to be anything other than a logistics pilot.
He's a work in progress -- bid accordingly. But if you are looking for a project, look here -- because 6 months of training towards carriers is 700m in timecards alone, then add in the implants. I realize it's a limited market.
