Because under normal circumstanced it cannot be docked, and thus if you undock it, you will never be able to dock it again.

This looks like a super that was reimbursed from a loss mail. From my understanding of the rules you cannot resale a reimbursed super while it remains docked.

I have also again removed an off topic post. Please people, the question is not whether it is legal to sell a high sec based Nyx, because this specific one is not docked in high-sec. After 6 months unsubbed, they used to move you (and the ship you were flying) to your home station. This included supercaps. They no longer do this for supers. #T2013
