Edited by: Kaildoth on 27/10/2006 11:16:30 I managed to get into test server and i figured out that you cant fit rokh with 8 turrets (425mm t2) cause pg is not enough even with maxed skills (wu 5 , awu 5). I though rokh was a sniper boat but why you have to fit pdu or rcu to fit the 8 turrets? I think CCP needs to raise the pg so at least if you have maxed skills to be able to fit it without "help" mods.

I got 8 turrets on there with no pg problems, but once I started to fit the other slost with stuff I needed a pdu or maybe some would use a rcu but hey I think thats normal I don`t think CCP wanted a ship that doesn`t need a pdu or rcu to run all modules that would make it kinda overpowered, freeing up slots which then could be used for dmg mods or nething else.
You should try the ship as a close range blaster boat, 8x neutrons with shield tank and mwd very fun ship then.

throw a t2 PDU on it seems to work tho it gimps youre setup on the defensive but its called balance after all so no real complaints

It's a sniper ship. Sniper ships don't need a tank. All they need is to be able to fit 3 magstab 2s in the lows, some tracking enhancers, some tracking comps in the mids and some sensor boosters. And maybe a medium armor rep and an mwd to scoot around a bit and keep up with the fleet if you get in a bad spot.
Fleet fitted BS don't have any tanks to speak of since if you get called primary you're going to be vaporized anyway. Even with one or *two* fitting mods in the lows, you still are able to install all the required mods that you really need. What's the problem?

How did u do it??? I have advanced weapon upgrades 5 and cant fit them without any other mods, did you put a pdu or rcu etc?

QFT. If u snipe, no need for tank. the rokh pwns with sniping anyway, with 425mm protos i got a 1.4mil angel rat to about 20% shield in the 20secs before i realised the rokh causes CTD and that was at 100km range
