It works easily enough. Just invite them to a duel and web at like 40% speed.
Although this does leave it vulnerable to other mischief

daredevil with a microwarp and two faction webs. zomg so good. As soon as they decloak micro towards them and apply both webs, instantly warps. The freighter is on grid for a matter of seconds. |

And if the freighter pilot doesn't accept the duel request, so is the Daredevil....
