Seems everybody knows and I don't 
What is the "nerfbat"? what it does? Is it a nerfing device or an un-nerfing one? I'm confused... |

Nerfbat is a nerfing device. Whenever someone gets nerfed, people say "So and so dev hit it with the nerf bat." They even had (baseball) bats at the last EVE fanfest. You can probably find pictures of it.

Nerfbat - Is a term used when EVE Devs can't think anything else beside reducing the capabilities of EVE game!
Please UNERF torpedos on Kestrels ... I loved my Kestrel with Torpedos!

hmm i think kestrels only fired cruise - standard launchers only had capacity for 1 cruise max.
caracals with heavy launchers could fire torps if my memory serves me right.
