If someone in my fleet is attacked by a corp they are at war with, am I able to fight them? Without Concord getting involved?

You could remote rep them, or provide links from fleet leadership roles.
If you remote rep your fleet-mate, his war targets could then shoot you too.
You cannot shoot them until they shoot you first.
This process is called escalation.
Be careful, might be a tarp. |

netural logi is your way. have a combat ship around, if you got popped, swap to it, and engage the ones whos shot at you. the netural logis can turn the fight in a hisec war, because they are unpredictable most of the time. |

Let's expand this question.
-Lets say my fleet is escorting a Freighter.
-This Freighter's corp is war dec'd.
-My fleet is in a Neutral corp (not involved in this war Dec).
-I have Logi and PVP ships in my fleet.
-The WT's Engage the Freighter
-My fleet's logi rep the Freighter. This expands the engagement to them.
IF the enemy fleet engages my logi, can the PVP ships in my fleet now engage the enemy ships?

Step 2. Set corp Friendly fire to legal
Step 3. don't worry about criminal/suspect timers ever again
Step 4. ??????
