Q&A Update (Please feel free to ask via aim if you have any)
He is Amarr (Ni-Kunni)
+3.7 Security status
No Implants currently installed.
Character history involves being part of pirate corps (alt) but very little to no actual pirating done on character in past year. (Pirating = 0.0 NBSI)
*Update* Adv. Spaceship Command V done, training Science V now.
As far as skill suggestions here are a few.
- He requires Jumpdrive Operation (and it's associated skills) as well as the relevant capital component skills to competently fly a carrier or dreadnought. Asides from that all he needs is the specific race ship skills as well as the capital ship skill to fly capital ships.
- Further minmatar specialization. He can already use all minmatar T2 guns (except T2 autocannons I believe - need to train up autocannon specs)
After those two I'm not 100% sure what someone might do, either a third race specialization or titan training I guess.

The buyout is 12bn (as it says above) and the reserve is 8bn... Therefore any minimum bid below 8bn is pointless.
To clean up any confusion all of the information as listed above in the first post holds true to the current auction parameters. The auction will end on Friday at 20:00 and all the rules as stated above hold true.

There were no acceptable bids at auction end due to no bids at or above reserve, Ald'Rhun's bid after auction end was at the reserve which was acceptable.
