Due to 2 failed ingame buyouts this auction is being restarted
Name of character for sale is "Cigs Mcduff"
His skills are mainly focused in Inudstry with a touch of science and a dash of trade
All learning skills are at 5 and all Advanced learning skills are at 4
He can fly all Exhumers including a HULK
He has capital ship construction trained
He has some nice trade skills, not a lot but enough to get started with in trading
He has almost every science skills trained but most not that high.
Any skill category I did Not show is because those skills are very low, for example 20k SP in whole category etc.

research points arnt high at all, near 7,000
Not much LP either, hes much more spec'd in industry then he is in science.

Sorry for the confusion.
What happened was I had 2 people offer me buyout and both times I pulled the auction before being sure that they could supply the ISK they offered.
Both buyouts fell short because the people that offered the buyout did Not have the Isk on hand that they offered.
I have restarted the auction again, and I just ask that anyone that bids has the ISK they bid in ISK form, Not time cards, not minerals, not bpc's
